All clients new to colouring will require a patch test 48 hours prior to application. This is for your own health and safety in the rare instance of an allergic reaction. Our stylists will not carry out the colour service without one
NO SHOWS / LATE CANCELLATIONS
You will be required to enter your card details to reserve a booking, this is due to no shows and last minute cancellations which spaces we cannot always fill at such short notice. Your card details will be saved and you will only be charged a fee if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel / rearrange less than 48 hours prior to your appointment
